I recently attended Jeff Weissler's Demystifying Natural Wine class and loved every conscious-raising, technical, anecdotal and visual (wow!) minute of it! This stimulating, sensory, symposium takes you on a journey to the heart of organic/biodynamic wine.
Jeff, I want to congratulate you for bringing "wine awareness" front and center. As someone who has always lived her life this way (before we needed a name for it!) and, as someone "in the biz", I want to say "Cheers, and thank you!" Knowledge is power and, in this case, the power to choose and in turn support a better world for us all—within us and around us, through wine.

Jeff provides a passionate and informative look at organic, biodynamic and the basic beauty, enjoyment and health perspective of drinking wine and exploring food pairings as well. Not only was the evening full of really terrific wines that I knew nothing about, but I had fun tasting, comparing and learning about all of the variants of grape growing and wine making. A terrific class that I can highly recommend to the novice and the knowledgeable.

We have participated in three of Jeffrey's wine tasting evenings and have found the experience highly interactive, informative, and fun. We especially appreciate Jeffrey's focus on both how wines are made as well as how they taste. One evening we were introduced to a local winemaker who is farming biodynamically. What a treat! If you are interested in learning more about wines and how they are made, ConsciousWine tastings are a great experience.

Thank you so much for the wine classes. I remember reading the article in the local paper about your classes and felt compelled to e-mail and get more info. As I do not know much about wine, I was a bit intimidated (yet extremely excited) for the class.
The setting was very relaxed and inviting. Once you began to speak, I could sense your love and passion about wine and the industry instantly. I have found over the years that it doesn't matter the subject, for when you meet someone that has love and passion for what they do, there’s something special to experience.
